No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no tracking and loads no content from third-party servers. Its JavaScript runs locally only and transmits no data.
Server log files and hosting
When you visit the website, the server logs your IP address, the time of the request, the requested URL, the referrer, the user agent and the HTTP status code. This serves to deliver the website, keep it secure and analyse errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in operating the website securely. Without this data, the website cannot be displayed. We do not analyse the data or use it for profiling. Retention period: 8 weeks.
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The data is processed in data centres within the EU and is not transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA. We do not otherwise disclose data unless required by law.
If you email us, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Our email is hosted by IONOS SE, also acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

Links to retailers, Instagram and bigtrea.com are ordinary links. The respective operator receives data only when you click a link, and your browser then sends only the domain kraid.com as the origin. That operator is responsible for any processing on its site.
Your rights
Where the legal conditions are met, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–18 and 20 GDPR). An email to contact@bigtrea.com is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), such as the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, which is responsible for us (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or the authority where you live.
Right to object
You may object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
